| 1 - The merchandise
is sold ex-factory (except from different conditions ). 2 - Prices are the same for the warehouse of Florence, Turin, Padova, with no additional transport charges. 3 - Payments must be made only to our head offi ce in Milan. 4 - The receiver is in charge of any transportation risks, even if the merchandise is sold carriage paid. 5 - The delivery of thermoplastic products varies from 3 to 6 days. 6 - The delivery of card board products or in glass-fi ber reinforced plastic varies from 6 to 15 days. 7 - The moulds production takes about 40/65 days. 8 - Any legal disputes will be settled at the Milan law courts “Foro di Milano”. 9 - Returns can be accepted only if sent by mail or by our forwarder. 10 - All complaints can be done within 15 days after the receiving of the goods. 11 - Measures written on this catalogue aren’t taxative and can be changed without any notice. GUARANTEE OF OUR SUPPLIES We warrant our supplies against any manufacturing defects. 0ur responsability is only limited to the free replacement of faulty supplies without any kind of indemnity.
